This ‘Better with Friends’ Trivia afternoon is aimed at men and women around the ages of 35-55 years old who are looking for genuine friendships. Whether you find you have; outgrown old friendships, are new to Brisbane, are too introverted to meet new people unassisted, have no idea where to meet new friends, feel isolated after becoming a Mum/Dad, or you just want to add some new friends to your social circle, this event is for you.

Ideally we find it works best if you attend solo, as this will ensure you are open and fully present to the possibility of all the new friendships that are presented to you. But if you want to bring a friend or two, that is no problem.

Your host will be there to welcome you and settle your nerves as you enter into the private function space. Once inside you will receive your Welcome Drink and then it’s time for a lively game of Trivia. You will be placed in Teams and the Host will run you through the rules. Don’t worry if you aren’t great at Trivia, it’s just meant to be a bit of no pressure fun and a chance to bond with your teammates.

There will be short breaks throughout the afternoon to give you time to enjoy the food and get to know each other, at a casual, relaxed pace. At the end of the event there will be time to mingle as a group too.

Whilst getting to know your new friends there will be a delicious selection of hot & cold canapes and nibblies available for you to share. There is also direct access to a private bar to allow you to purchase additional drinks as you please.

The event will end around 4pm, however as we are in Woolloongabba, there are plenty of bars, cafes and clubs around, should you want to kick on with your newfound besties.
